The organisational framework for the Bayerische Umweltcluster interactions is the Trägerverein Umwelttechnologie–Cluster Bayern e.V.. Members are all Bavarian Industrie- und Handelskammern (IHKn) and the Handwerkskammern (HWKn) für München und Oberbayern and Niederbayern-Oberpfalz.
Central Elements of the Cluster are the executive comittee, the spokesman of the Cluster, the Cluster management, the general meeting and the advisory board, consisting of representatives of economy, science, policy and administration.
