The UmweltCluB Innovation is a qualification program in support of the innovative competence of companies within the Umweltcluster Bayern.

Project process and contents:

Over a period of one year the participating companies are accompanied with the development and implementation of a customized innovation culture.

The project process combines qualification trainings and seminar modules in order to convey methodological skills with the possibility for an experience exchange. In the face-to-face trainings concrete methods and tools for  strategy formulation and innovation management are shown on the one hand. On the other hand, a space for reflexion and exchange among the participants is created.

Based on the evaluation of the previous successes and problems with innovation activities as well as with own innovative capacities, existing practices, rules and principles are discussed and practices for the further development of the innovation culture are trained.

In parallel to this, the participants shall implement these approaches in their own companies sustainably and on a broad basis. If needed, method experts will assist them directly on the spot during the project duration.

Due to the financial support from the European Social Fund, no participation fees are incurring.
